We are seeking a certified HR Systems & Analytics Lead to join the team.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Responsibilities include developing analysis and reporting capabilities and conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. This role is responsible for the optimization, sustainability, and scalability of HR systems and data insights, as well as ongoing management of the HR technology roadmap. This role drives the conceptualization, design and development of HR data and coordinates efforts across various projects by leading stakeholders with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and prioritization.
This role is hybrid 3 days in Mississauga with free parking.
The ideal candidate will be heavily interested in the data & analytics part of the function, with systems exposure/experience.
