Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve their concerns.
Accurate information about our products and services.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude to ensure it's customer satisfaction.
Needed Qualifications
College degree in banking, finance, or accounting. Or, you could have a degree in accountancy or economics.
Good English communication skills and it's fluency in the English language.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts.
