Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and emerging opportunities to senior management. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and expand professional networks. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.
Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or a related discipline. 2+ years in a B2B sales role. Proven tenacity and drive to create new business and meet/exceed targets. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
