Position Overview
The People Experience Intern is exposed to the different facets of Human Resources, and focuses on the different processes involved in Employee Relations and providing support to the whole People Experience team. The role primarily involves Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Offboarding.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Onboarding
- Assists in updating trackers
- Assists the People Experience Associate/s in tasks regarding Employee Onboarding
Employee Engagement
- Employee Wellness and Engagement Activities
- Assists in preparation of activities and logistics of company events and team buildings
- Facilitates engagement and wellness programs and events
- Initiates meetings for the development of department activities and initiatives
Additional Duties:
- Assists the People Experience team in other clerical/administrative tasks
- Generates reports, assists and performs other official work as instructed by the VP People
