Your primary duties include assisting customers with booking flights, managing reservations, handling inquiries about travel itineraries, resolving issues related to ticketing, cancellations, and refunds, providing information on airline policies and procedures, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their journey. Additionally, you may be responsible for managing customer complaints, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues promptly, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airline schedules, fares, and promotions to offer personalized assistance and recommendations to travelers.
Requirements
>At least 18 years old
>AM score: B1 and up
>College graduate of 4 year-course or SHS/HS graduate with at least 6 months CCE
>Good Communicaton skills
>Experience working in the hospitality/ travel/ airline industry is a plus but not required
