Responsibilities:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to fertilizer systems and equipment. Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize market share and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the agriculture industry. Act as a primary point of contact for major clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop long-term strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Possess an in-depth understanding of our fertilizer systems and equipment, including their technical specifications and applications. Work with our design team to create customized solutions for our customers.
Qualifications:
5+ year’s experience in the Agriculture Industry Experience and knowledge of fertilizer equipment is required. Ability to travel within Western Canada approximately 50%. Demonstrated ability to grow sales in an outside sales capacity. Strong understanding of farm and agricultural practices is considered a strong asset.
