Duration : 6 month contract to start, high possibility of extension
Location : Hybrid (2 days in office) Mississauga, Toronto, Waterloo
Responsibilities:
Develop and recommend change strategies that foster awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement of required changes. Oversee the execution of change strategies and plans for transformation initiatives, collaborating with initiative owners/business leads and coordinating with various teams. Engage in regular Enterprise Change Enablement Office meetings, bringing business unit insights, escalating issues, sharing lessons learned, and evaluating future improvements to enhance the organization-wide offering. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Leading change management efforts for Mergers and Acquisitions.
Must Haves:
8+ years’ experience working through
strategy, design, design, development, and implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives with a focus on the impact to people, processes, technology, and organizational structure Expertise and experience in
change management principles, methodologies, and organizational communication. Demonstrated experience with
