Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and business growth. Provide excellent in-store customer service, assisting clients with product selection, pricing, and order fulfillment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails for order management, product inquiries, and account updates. Occasionally perform outside sales visits to key clients, building relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Assist with order processing, inventory management, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery. Stay up to date with the latest products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account progress in CRM systems.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to manage multiple accounts while providing exceptional service. Seeks opportunities to recommend additional products when appropriate. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of electrical supplies, components, or related products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service, within the electrical or construction supply industry. Relevant education is an asset. Valid driver’s license for occasional outside sales visits.
