Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop separate lists for new prospects and existing customers.
2. Promote and sell heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC) of industrial size to commercial accounts.
3. Supports solutions and designs as per the customer's requirements.
4. Prioritize all prospect clients/customers with regard to potential sales to volume, profitability and time
5. Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market growth.
6. Supervise and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing.
7. Prepare proposals based on the project's technical specifications and requirements.
8. Consider installation costs by labor and submit the best competitive bids on the work.
9. Achieve sales target
Job Requirements:
1. with any Bachelor’s Degree, or any related course
2. 1-2 years of Sales experience is an advantage.
3. Preferable has some experience in HVAC Industry.
4. Familiarity with the local market is a plus.
5. Good Presentation and Communication Skills.
