Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join KDCI Outsourcing’s dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture our audience. The Email Campaign Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective email strategies, create compelling content, and analyze campaign performance to drive business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create impactful and targeted email campaigns.
Create and manage end-to-end email campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and deployment.
Develop engaging and relevant email content, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to industry best practices.
Optimize email templates for mobile responsiveness and user experience.
Manage email lists, segmentations, and customer data for personalized and targeted campaigns.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and maintain a clean and healthy subscriber list.
Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to optimize performance.
Analyze key metrics and provide insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
Generate regular reports on email campaign performance, highlighting key KPIs and areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Work closely with the marketing automation platform to create and maintain automated campaigns.
Stay informed about email marketing regulations and ensure all campaigns comply with relevant laws and guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in email marketing and campaign management is preferred.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and targeting.
Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig on a hybrid arrangement
