Responsibilities:
-Overseeing and ensuring accuracy of vendor lists
-Entering employee expense claims
-Precise entry of vendor invoices
-Conducting vendor account reconciliation along with business bank account and credit card reconciliation
-Issuing Purchase Orders in a timely and efficient manner
-Responsible for ordering office and vendor supplies
-Preparing journal entries with attention to detail
-Handling the preparation for month-end closing
