Robert Half is seeking a dynamic Quality Improvement Lead to drive excellence in clinical and non-clinical programs for our client. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with operational managers to identify opportunities for enhancement and lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and quality standards. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring that all programs meet high standards of acceptability, accessibility, effectiveness, efficiency, and safety, aligning with organizational goals and provincial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Quality Improvement Projects: Direct and oversee cross-functional teams in the execution of quality improvement projects. Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment with strategic objectives.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with clinical and non-clinical managers to enhance processes, optimize program performance, and adhere to best practices. Actively contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of clinical programs.
Support Medical Home Program: Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Medical Home Support Program. Work closely with stakeholders and utilize data analysis to enhance patient care experiences within this model.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data including quality metrics, patient-reported experience measures (PREMs), and patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs). Develop and deliver detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Process Enhancement: Identify and address inefficiencies across programs. Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) to improve processes and performance.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure that programs comply with established standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Stay current with industry best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing training and support on quality improvement practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
