JOB SUMMARY:
• Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve complaints or concerns effectively, documenting interactions and following up to ensure timely resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least High School/SHS graduate
• Minimum of 6 months BPO/CSR experience, preferably knowledgeable with sales/upselling
• Amenable to work onsite (Makati) and shifting schedule
