To be successful in this position, you must have (Personal Skills):
2+ years of experience in a similar office environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
A positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work in a team.
Good communication skills to interact with internal staff and clients.
Must be a Citizen/Permanent Resident and hold an Australian driver's license.

The Role:
As the Business Support Coordinator you will be supporting our operations, playing a vital role in achieving business success. Your attention to detail, resourcefulness, and dedication will contribute significantly to the smooth functioning and efficiency of our daily operations.
Duties:
General office administration tasks to support various internal teams
Service desk Coordination and maintenance of accurate records and of service delivery activities and client communication
Coordinate weekly meetings and record meeting notes
Administrative support in HR functions
Support, facilitate and enable the sales team throughout the FOIT sales process
Assist with hardware and software ordering and processing of deliveries
Team culture, team building and small events organisation
