Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Review controls and processes and develop governance and compliance
- Create & develop suite of reports and processes
- Financial & Management Reporting
- Partner with the board
- Creation of board reporting pack and presentation to the board
- Taxation obligations
- Assist with Funding and Investment raising activities
- Continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Liaising with the Bank
- Management of a bookkeeper
- Assist and partner with CEO with strategic growth opportunities
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally be/have:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Background in Business Services or audit (preferred)
- Exposure within a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Passion for process improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
