Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, this newly created position as HR Manager involves managing a team of 2 and being responsible for the following:
- Provision of HR Advice and Support: Provide day-to-day HR consultancy to managers and employees, covering performance management, employee relations, remuneration, conflict resolution, and the full employment life-cycle.
- Manage Recruitment, Retention, and Performance Strategies: Oversee the recruitment process, develop retention strategies, and ensure performance frameworks enable high-performance outcomes.
- HR Policy and Procedure Management: Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: System integration and other improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal HR Manager is a commercially and strategically focused professional. You will possess the following:
- Previous track record in a generalist HR Manager position.
- Understanding of NDIS landscape is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience in building cohesive systems and processes within an active HR environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
