Salary: $120 - $135k plus super

The opportunity:
This exciting standalone HR Manager role reports directly to the Director of Services and has accountability for the full employee lifecycle while having input and influence with the people strategy for this growing organization. Working closely with Line Managers – providing support and advice while identifying and initiating new initiatives.
Selection criteria:
- Relevant HR qualification coupled with proven HR generalist experience
- Proven experience in both strategic and operational HR
- Thorough understanding of legislation and awards
- Highly effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Computer literate – MS Office Suite & HRIS
- Experience in blue / white collar environments with experience in multiple awards
