Description
The purpose of the Human Resources Business Partner is to act as a business partner to key client groups in a generalist Human Resources capacity. The position provides HR guidance and support to employees within key client groups including but not limited to:
- Manage all first line HR queries and employment relations cases
- Refer to the Human Resources
- Manage all first line policy and human resources queries for your client groups
- Administer contracts and change letters for client groups
- Maintain employee records and administration for your designated client groups
- Provide operational support on human resources systems and processes to your client groups
- Attend regular meetings with your client groups Executive Leaders and Senior Management
Recruitment
- Provide end-to-end recruitment services for all client groups
- Process police checks for recruitment services
- Administer all employment contracts for all new onboards and enter details into the HRIS
- Support Managers to submit recruitment approval

Profile
Undergraduate degree in Business or HR related discipline (or) Equivalent relevant working experience
