We are thrilled to partner with a professional services firm to recruit an HR Business Partner for their Sydney office. This hybrid role starts as a 12-month contract with the potential to become permanent.
About the Role
This is a broad generalist role providing guidance and coaching on the full employee lifecycle including everything from ER to OD and employee experience. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be crucial in developing and influencing people-related initiatives and activities closely aligned to short- and long-term priorities.
Reporting to the P&D Manager, the main responsibilities include:
- Partner with people leaders to deliver on strategic HR initiatives.
- Consult with leaders and execute people-related strategies around performance management, employee relations, coaching, organisational development, workforce planning and learning & development.
- Provide 1:1 coaching with leaders and employees.
- Drive consistency in employee experience and engagement.
- Initiate recruitment and workforce planning activities.
- Drive firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Assist with various projects.
You will demonstrate:
- Prior HR Business Partner experience in a professional services environment.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships.
- Experience coaching leaders and providing guidance on people matters.
