Urgent requirement of Desk Support Engineer - Contract - Sydney
Requirements
- Work will predominantly be desktop support and end user support.
- Must have Windows 10/11 and end user Citrix experience.
- Must have experience in supporting a user base of approx 700 or more.
- End user support soft skills is a must and can-do attitude - backed by reference checks.
- Proven track record of working unsupervised.
- Google Suite experience would be ideal but not required.
- Kofax and Kodak scanner experience would be ideal but not required.
- On an ad-hoc basis, there is a requirement to travel to Moorebank/Liverpool where our other sites are located, so ideally a driver's license and car.
- Should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Should have ITIL process knowledge (ServiceNow) & certification.
Duration: 6 Months and possible extension
