The role is based in North Sydney, with hybrid working and is for someone with an HR Coordinator/Admin background, who enjoys administration, being part of a strong culture, and working directly with an experienced HR Leader.

- Recruitment, induction and on-boarding
- Learning and development
- Reward and Recognition
- Performance Management cycle
- Remuneration reviews
- Regular reporting requirements and metrics, including leading the HR dashboard
- Work Health and Safety and employee wellbeing programs
- Workers Compensation and Return to Work Coordination
- Intranet, system and supplier maintenance
- General administration and project support
- Provide general HR advice to the business
About You
- Degree in Human Resources or related
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a HR Administrative role
- Strong stakeholder management
- Knowledge of HR practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office
