Role Overview
My client, a leading B2C Services Brand, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead their retention efforts. The Senior Marketing Manager – Retention will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain our existing customers and increase customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior, exceptional analytical skills, and a track record of delivering successful retention campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn rate.
- Analyze customer behavior data and identify trends to inform retention strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, and social media.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor retention metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Work closely with product and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience from Big B2C Services like telco, online, retail, entertainment, airline, fintech, and financial services would be ideal.
- 10 – 15 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retention.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using customer behavior data to inform marketing strategies.
- Leadership experience – you are a proven leader. You know how to lead, motivate, and get the best out of people and you love leading from the front.
- Experience developing and executing retention campaigns across various channels.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
