Hiring Process
At hipages, our hiring process has four key stages:
- TA Screen: Join us for a 30-45 minute Zoom call where a member of our Talent Acquisition team will introduce you to the role and hipages Group culture.
- Manager Interview: We’ll arrange for you to meet with the hiring manager and potential colleague.
- Take Home Challenge (Non-Sales Roles): You will receive a brief containing the necessary details of a case study.
- Cultural Interview: As a final check in, you’ll meet with our People & Culture team for a behavioural based interview.
