Junior Creative Manager - Global Womenswear Brand
Are you a creative professional with a passion for fashion? A leading global womenswear brand based in Sydney is looking for a talented Junior Creative Manager to join their dynamic team!
This role plays a pivotal support role in bringing the brand's creative strategies to life, delivering consistently exceptional campaigns and creative projects. With an emphasis on BAU delivery, you will both support and guide a talented creative team, whilst closely collaborating with key departments to ensure that creative concepts are brought to life in alignment with brand guidelines, objectives and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative marketing campaigns, seasonal collections, and brand strategies.
- Assist in the creation and execution of engaging content across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Support the management of photoshoots, from concept development to final production.
- Maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience as a Creative professional.
- Proven work experience in developing and growing brands.
- Experience managing a team of creatives.
- End-to-end campaign management.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, digital marketing, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
