We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, coupled with exceptional client relationship management skills. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering
long-term relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering
exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and managing expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction, revenue growth, and client retention.
Account Management:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value and increase wallet share.
- Review presentations, reports, and creative assets for accuracy and quality.
- Implement standards and processes to maintain consistent quality.
- Track revenue and goals, ensuring alignment with client and company objectives.
- Explore ways to leverage technology to enhance client experiences and streamline operations.
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project and resource planning, estimation of timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Provide feedback and guidance to team members to improve performance.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop strategic plans to meet clients' objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the strategy team for new strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Generate creative ideas and solutions to address client needs.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Continue to update skills and gather expertise across existing & new digital marketing avenues such as Meta, Google (search & analytics) Content, performance marketing, SEO, Marketplace, Influencer Marketing, and Marketing Automation etc.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and market opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Pre requisites :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital marketing solutions company as an account manager.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication (written or spoken) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team.
- Passion for driving business growth and exceeding client expectations.
