Summary
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, and increase sales at Global level. This role involves managing B2B product marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Description :
Develop and Implement Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: for B2B Product
- GTM Planning and Execution: Create and execute comprehensive GTM plans for products and services, including market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and launch strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of GTM initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve business objectives.
Focused Marketing Intelligence for Our Solutions:
- Industry-Specific Marketing: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to gather actionable insights on our target sectors—Transport & Logistics, Aerospace & Defence, Specialised Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities.
- Geographical Targeting: Develop tailored marketing strategies for key regions such as India, Africa, the Mediterranean, Europe, North America, and Latin America to maximize reach and impact.
Plan and Execute Participation in Events:
- Event Strategy and Management: Identify relevant industry events, plan and coordinate logistics, develop engaging collaterals, and conduct thorough post-event analysis to measure effectiveness and inform future participation.
Plan and Execute Marketing Reach Outs:
- Multichannel Campaigns: Develop and implement targeted mail and social media campaigns, and organize webinars to engage with potential and existing customers, generate leads, and nurture relationships.
Raise Company Profile with Increased Digital Footprint:
- Enhance Online Presence: Implement SEO strategies, develop compelling website content, and manage activities to increase the company's digital visibility and attract a broader audience.
Development of Marketing Collateral:
- Create Comprehensive Marketing Materials: Design and produce a variety of marketing assets, including brochures, case studies, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, and product demo content, to effectively communicate our value propositions and solutions.
Drive Lead Generation:
- Support Inside Sales Efforts: Collaborate closely with the inside sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals, ensuring a seamless lead conversion process.
- Develop Lead Generation Strategies: Utilize cutting-edge marketing technologies and tools to create robust lead generation campaigns that attract and engage potential customers.
Other Engagements:
- Strengthen Partner Relationships: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with principal OEM partners through regular social engagement, joint case studies, and task reviews to ensure mutual success.
- CRM and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely updates to the CRM system, manage various management tasks, and produce detailed reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Key Expertise / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience in B2B Product Marketing for International Markets.
- Strong Go-To-Market ability
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
