Our LEARNING team provide our learning intellect and horsepower. They push the boundaries on our learning products and services and ensuring that every single learning intervention has been designed to (at least) deliver against customer needs and business outcomes.
Our DELIVERY team ensures flawless service delivery. Our frontline colleagues ae critical in fulfilling our client promise.
All three teams collaborate seamlessly. The CLIENT team identifies and shapes our client needs. The LEARNING team translates these needs into a service, programme and business outcome. The DELIVERY team ensures flawless delivery and strive to exceed our clients’ expectations.
Job purpose:
The Graphic and Motion Designer is responsible for the art direction of a project, including the selection, illustration, tailoring and treatment of graphics and images in line with brand guidelines, and project specific requirements.
They will also be responsible for the selection, creation, tailoring and treatment of animation content in line with brand guidelines and creative direction provided on a project-by project basis.
Key activities and responsibilities:
- Work with the Learning Experience Designer in creating the art direction for the project.
- Design graphics and select imagery in line with brand guidelines for internal and external projects, ensuring quality standards and efficiency requirements are met.
- Lead and support the development of a library of reusable assets for graphic design and animation purposes.
- Create motion content in line with creative direction and brand guidelines for internal and external projects, ensuring quality standards and efficiency requirements are met.
- Provide advice on animation projects as and when needed.
- Select and tailor assets from a reusable asset library.
- Take a proactive approach to improving graphic design and animation processes and practices to drive improvements in quality and efficiency.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven work experience operating as a Graphic Designer and with expertise in digital learning and motion graphics.
- Real focus on customers including service delivery and customer service.

- Graphic Design and Animation practices and trends.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
