Key Responsibilities And Deliverables:
- 15-20 years of rich experience in Service Delivery for testing projects, including presentations, effort estimation modules, commercial terms and conditions, technical solutions, and engagement models.
- Client Handling: Interaction with customers for new projects, leads, proposals, SOW (Scope of Work), cross-selling, project reviews, and escalation handling (defining governance models).
- Multi-geography experience: India, ME, FE.
- Managing multiple projects in the Digital and Enterprise Applications space within the BFS segment.
- Delivery of projects: 25 projects in parallel, including automation, functional testing, and small to large-sized projects.
- Revenue: Overall portfolio of ₹40-60 Cr+ (with the largest project at ₹15 Cr).
- Team size handled: 400 total (full banking), with the largest team size of 120+.
- Driving an automation-first strategy and converting KAM accounts into automation-led outcomes.
- Converting BAU engagements into outcome-led, multi-year, outcome-based, and BVR-led deals.
- Creating integrated program-level executive reporting and presenting to key stakeholders, including CxO.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and deliver results (e.g., projects that come with variety but may lack domain specificity in BFS, data migration testing, middleware testing).
- Experience working in Agile methodology and Agile project life cycles.
- Identifying risks and guiding the team (even in projects where expertise is limited).
- Conducting test assessments for traditional and Agile methodologies for clients.
Team Handling:
- Handling customer teams: Business, Operations, IT, Re-engineering (BTG - Business Tech Group).
- Handling QK internal teams: Service Delivery Team, Project Managers, Test Leads, Seasoned Bankers, Business Development Team, Product, Tech, RMG, HR, Senior Management, Infra.
- Creating and implementing testing standards across teams.
Knowledge Management:
- People, Processes, Tools.
BFS (Banking, NBFC, Depositories, Mutual Funds, Securities):
- Banking: Retail, Rural, Corporate, SME.
- Types of banks: Universal Banks, Payment Banks, Small Finance Banks.
Service Lines:
- Functional testing, Automation (Traditional and Robotic Test Automation), API Automation, DevOps-CT.
- P&L responsibility.
- Handling Proof of Concepts (POC) and POV (Value), including creating business cases.
- Team coaching and mentoring.
- Leading Banking Domain & Process CoEs.
Business Strategy & Priorities:
- Work with the Sales team to plan for forthcoming revenue forecasts.
- Manpower planning.
- Represent and articulate how the regional and global service delivery teams can deliver core business processes, with a focus on delivering continuous improvements to support future business strategies and priorities.
Delivery Management:
- Deliver scope of services accurately and on time through the service delivery team.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team.
- Encourage and develop innovation and continuous improvement practices within the team.
- Reporting to Client and QK leadership at a broad level—presales and service delivery (no BD, HR).
