We are a lean team of professionals seeking a Sales & Marketing Consultant who can help expand our business network, build outreach and lead B2B product adoptions and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at acquiring new B2B clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Identify market opportunities, create actionable strategies, and set ambitious sales targets to achieve growth objectives.
Lead Generation & Business Development :
- Drive lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Utilize various methods including networking, industry events, and targeted outreach to identify and engage potential clients.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.
Team Leadership & Development :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities and drive results.
Sales Process Optimization :
- Implement and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, track performance, and analyze data to optimize strategies.
Negotiation & Deal Closure :
- Lead complex negotiations and manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and contract terms to secure high-value deals.
Market & Competitor Analysis :
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
- Analyze industry data to inform sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
Reporting & Forecasting :
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Travel :
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in SaaS or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing B2B sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and CRM systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
