KGH (Koko Global Hospitality) is a Japanese start-up company based in Thailand and active in the Hospitality Industry as a Hotel Operator offering a full range of hotel management services for small and mid-size hotels.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make the Guest Happy ("Wow" Producer)
- Leading and guiding all staff to let them make guests happy and have "Wow" during the stay
- Conducting guest service operation properly based on SOP together with the team
- Conduct a "Perfect Operation" (Operator)
- Conducting kitchen, housekeeping, engineering, accounting and admin operation
- Conducting kitchen operation properly based on SOP together with the team
- Conducting housekeeping and engineering operation properly based on SOP together with the team
- Conducting accounting and admin operation properly based on SOP together with the team
- Train & Engage the Staff (Mentor)
- Conducting training and evaluation regularly to ensure that all team members are performing their jobs effectively
- Properly training staff based on SOP
- Being a role model of property staff to realize company Values
- Conduct Initiatives (Kaizen Champion)
- Planning and conducting Kaizen initiatives with a good understanding of budget concepts (revenues, costs etc.)
- Coming up with Kaizen initiatives for guest satisfaction increase and implement them
- Coming up with Kaizen initiatives for cost saving and implement them
- Coming up with Kaizen initiatives for F&B revenue increase (of in-house guests) and implement them
- Resolve emergency issues (Problem solver)
- Solving problems of emergency challenges and complaints
- Solving problems effectively in a timely manner
- Effectively seeking help from PRM on resolving a problem
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php54,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
