zingbus CRM Executive | Job Description

Summary:
Our CRM Executives are responsible for strategizing, coordinating and executing customer engagement and customer retention marketing campaigns at zingbus.
Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-End CRM Campaign Management: Planning, Execution & Reporting on CRM marketing campaigns for conversion and customer retention.
- Coordinate with the zingbus Product, Brand and Analytics teams for campaign requirements and feedback
- Leverage A/B testing on content, creative designs, customer personas and zingbus products to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Track record in CRM with a focus on engagement and retention in B2C brands
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as CleverTap, WebEngage or MoEngage
- Strong analytical skills to get actionable insights from campaign data and trends
- Good communication skills to engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
