Experience:
4-5 years of experience in E-commerce or Modern trade driving MIS and support Operations for the Channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving and setting up the data and reporting structure for the E-com Channel with the help of the BI Tools
Creating and Maintaining Product Master for the channel
Managing the Content and Catalog while working closely with Brand,Ecom Retailers and agency
Publish performance trackers and reports to drive visibility on key metrics which are important for ensuring business hygiene in the Channel
E-com Agency Management
Acts as Nodal point in collating the Demand forecast for the channel and working closely with E-com team to maximize the forecast accuracy
Ensuring clear visibility of the budgets used and pending at Channel /Brand/ Account level
Key Skill sets:
- Understands E-com business and has worked in supporting Online Sales
- Proficient in MS Excel and BI Tools
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Prior experience of working with E-com agency or on content will be a plus
