Your role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that is at the forefront of health-tech product innovation and is responsible for all phases i.e. discovery, requirements gathering, design, product development and operations.
As part of an entrepreneurial, cross-functional and self-sufficient team that directly supports one customer, the Product Manager will focus on technology-driven value creation: deploying and building on top of Innovaccer health cloud platform to tackle critical business problems. You will build long-term solutions that allow the customer to continuously improve themselves and measure success in terms of impact on the customer’s goal, which will vary from one to another.
You will move across different customers and problems to solve and your day-to-day will change month-to-month!, allowing you to rapidly gain deep insights into the complex healthcare industry and offering an opportunity to drive extremely high-impact. A day in the life at Innovaccer:
- Define and conduct market research to gain better understanding about user needs and behavior
- Gather information and data from multiple sources (consumer research, partners, vendors, competitive analysis), develop insights, and translate findings into action
- Define and establish the product vision, goals, supporting business metrics, and success indicators.
- Drive large-scale projects, working cross-functionally with designers, software development engineers, other product managers, and external partners to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery
- Drive customer adoption and engagement; leverage analytical tools and customer feedback for insight driven initiatives
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership on status, risks and change control
Preferred experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines or equivalent experience; MBA is preferred
- Healthcare exp. is must
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in product management, most preferably on consumer-focused products (B2C/B2B)
- Demonstrated ability to work from ambiguous problem statements to detailed solutions. You can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line
- Self-starter, who proactively identifies problems and drives for resolution
- Detail oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues
- Proven ability to successfully define and execute complex cross-functional customer value adds end-to-end while maintaining clear communication at all levels
- Ability to drive clarity in ambiguity, communicate and stand behind key decisions taken in front of key stakeholders

- Experience defining projects, understanding and representing customer requirements, writing detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets
- Proven ability to handle communication at both an executive and engineering level
- Expertise driving software development with program management tool
- Previous experience of or high levels of comfort with working on a team that spans multiple time zones
- Previous experience of managing junior PMs is preferred but not mandatory
