Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with our mission and business goals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
Marketing Campaigns:
· Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
· Utilize performance marketing techniques to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Growth & Influencer Marketing:
· Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
· Develop and manage growth marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers.
Organic Marketing:
· Lead the development and execution of organic marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
· Create and distribute high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives organic traffic.
Partnerships:
· Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders to expand brand reach and impact.
· Leverage partnerships to create co-branded marketing initiatives and campaigns. ATL & BTL
Marketing:
· Plan and execute ATL activities such as TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising to build brand awareness.
· Implement BTL activities including events, sponsorships, and direct marketing to drive engagement and sales.
Team Leadership:
· Lead, mentor, and manage the branding and marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
· Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in branding and marketing, with a proven track record in D2C, B2B, and B2C environments.
· Extensive experience in performance marketing, growth and influencer marketing, organic marketing, and strategic partnerships.
· Strong understanding of both ATL and BTL marketing techniques and their application in branding strategy.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand growth and awareness.
· Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
