We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Partnerships to drive our growth through strategic alliances and channel partnerships.
Position Overview:
The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for owning and leading our partnership strategy, particularly focusing on channel partnerships and hyper-scale partnerships such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, Nvidia Etc.,. This role demands a deep understanding of the sales and partnership ecosystem, including effective engagement with the partner network, hyperscalers’ seller ecosystem and management of channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a robust network and experience working with hyperscalers, channel partners, individual partners, excellent leadership skills, and a willingness to travel to engage with and generate revenue through the partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to enhance our presence and revenue within the hyper-scale ecosystems and channel partners- Lead and manage key channel partnerships to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Leverage the partners’ sales ecosystem to identify new business opportunities and expand our market reach.
- Engage with AWS and other hyperscalers’ sales networks to maximize collaboration and partnership potential.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with individual partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Represent Akaike at industry events, conferences, and meetings, both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in partnership management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully owning and leading partnership initiatives , particularly with hyper-scalers and channel partners .
- Strong understanding of the sales and partner ecosystem and experience leveraging it to drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in managing channel partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with a well-established network of individual partners.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development and partnership activities.
- Experience in AI B2B SaaS companies is highly desirable.
