Position Title: Senior Analyst - Finance
Overview: The Senior Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance BHIVE Capital’s brand presence and attract new clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the finance and fintech industries, along with a proven track record in marketing and communications. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key deliverables
1.Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with BHIVE Capital’s business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
2.Brand Management:
- Enhance and maintain the BHIVE Capital brand through consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Manage brand presence across all channels including digital, print, and events.
3.Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, blog posts, and social media content.
- Ensure content is tailored to target audiences and optimized for SEO.
4.Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and SEO.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
5.Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that attract and retain clients.
- Organize and manage events, webinars, and other client engagement activities.
6.Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report on key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Use data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
7.Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer service to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and activities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
Minimum qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in finance or fintech.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
