Team: The Quality and Transformation is committed to offer best in class products to our customer through superior levels by adapting industry leading practices and standards. The team is responsible for devising Quality framework that informs the division of quality techniques to adapt, develop and deploy controls, developing differentiated metrics and reporting systems to monitor health and track progress. Besides the transformation team is focused on designing, evaluating and optimizing the processes across Sustainalytics. The team collaborates across the organization to drive superior levels of customer service. The scope of the teams spans across the division with includes Operations, Research and Methodology, Products, Technology and Commercial. The Role: The role is responsible to oversee Quality Controls teams supporting Data Collection functions. Deployment of appropriate sampling techniques, RCA framework, CAPA and Automated Controls are amongst of the key areas of responsibilities. Management reporting, Facilitation of Data Quality Retrospectives, driving process improvement and cross divisional collaboration are critical to success of the incumbent.
Responsibilities:
1. Sampling Framework Development: Build, sustain and own the sampling framework across the Data content set, ensuring quality is reflection of process health.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product, Research& Methodology, Data and Commercial teams to continually improve Quality and control environment.
3. Team Leadership: Develop and coach a team of 30 – 50 associates, comprised of both direct/indirect reports and functional experts to build and maintain quality audits and benchmark capabilities.
4. CAPA Deployment: Proactively adapt preventive approach as a method of attaining Quality. Deploy CAPA and measure effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
5. Data Health Monitoring: Aggregate data quality metrics and deliver holistic data health updates to internal stakeholders, with action plans for continued success. Facilitate Data Quality retrospective meetings.
6. Process Improvement: Monitor and enable research and data governance and quality activities, processes, test results, root cause analysis, and in partnership with multiple teams across teams, identify areas of improvement with clear execution plans, emphasis on clear principles and best practices.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sustainability / Environment • 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in financial services, of which at least 8 years in Quality in the capacity of a people manager. Experience in ESG space is desired. • Lean Sig Sigma/Blackbelt certification from a reputed institute. • Excellent communication and organization navigation skills. • Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills • Commercial and client-centric approach.
