Role
- Responsible for Sales & Business development strategy, planning and execution to support growth of the 3 business verticals (i) Strategic hiring (ii) Advisory (iii) Professional wellness
- Creating focus target groups for each business vertical
- Research & details
- Lead generation for new clients which will include, corporates, startups, and CXO Individuals
- Setting up meetings & calls with new clients
- Strategic partnerships & collaborations with communities, groups & forums for conducting workshop events and or marketing/ PR of the brand
- Create Pre sales / sales pitches to enable concept selling
- Cross sell and up sell all services
- Competition mapping, and keeping up with current trends
- Liaise and work closely with the Founder/ CEO
