Program Manager, Programme Team – Affluent Segment

Role Overview:
As a Head Office Support Resource in the Programme Team, you will play a pivotal role in developing proposition for HNI/UHNI segment, developing and implementing strategies to ensure we capture the segment effectively in the market. It is a well-rounded, strategic role that requires both critical & creative thinking, reasoning, frequent consumer interaction, thorough data analysis, trend spotting and problem solving along with Customer to Concept to Product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for Affluent Segment to enhance product offerings and customer experience
- Collaboration with cross functional teams to drive customer to concept process to bring new products to market
- Consistent analysis of competition product offerings, market share, communication to identify opportunities for product creation/enhancement
- Deep-diving into Affluent consumer behavior – from both primary and secondary researches of both internal & external data - trend spotting, data analysis, complaint/query data analysis to arrive at behavioral insights and pain-points and areas of improvement
- Management Presentations:
- Prepare and present management reports and insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management
- Oversee the customer journey from acquisition to retention -Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Organize & conduct channel engagement and training/refresher sessions on periodic basis
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintaining fees and charges pertaining to affluent product
Qualifications:
- Master in Business Administrations (MBA) from a reputed institute with at least 7 years of experience in financial sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools, and MS Office suite, excel; experience with AI and other latest tools is desirable (though not compulsory)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
