Job Description:
- 15-20 + years of relevant experience in Corporate / Wholesale Lending with large Banks or technology providers or Service/BPO providers.
- Stakeholder management across horizontals and verticals
- Exposure to clients inside and outside India
- Leadership skills to manage and develop team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Provide strategic leadership to align the ODC's goals with the overall objectives of the organization.
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the ODC's growth, efficiency, and success.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals to achieve operational and organizational goals.
2.Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing offshore team.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work culture within the ODC.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
3.Customer Management and Project Delivery:
- Engage with customers to align on Scope of Work expectations in order to achieve financial and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from India delivery center. Projects will be located outside India and within India.
- Ensure that projects deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget and with quality.
- Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or onshore counterparts.
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
5.Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
6.Resource Allocation:
- Manage and optimize resource allocation within the India delivery center.
- Ensure that the team has the necessary skills and capacity to meet project demands.
7.Operational Efficiency:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of operations.
- Leverage best practices and industry standards to streamline workflows.
8.Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication between onshore and offshore teams.
- Collaborate with onshore counterparts to understand project requirements and expectations.
9.Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with offshore project delivery.
- Implement measures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
10.Financial Management:
- Own and manage the Revenue and Cost budget for the India delivery center.
- Ensure that Contracted Revenues are realized through achievement of timely and effective delivery milestones.
- Generate upsell Revenues
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations.
11.Professional Development:
- Encourage and support the professional development of offshore team members.
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices.
