Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Conduct targeted lead generation through Sales Navigator.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Knowledge and experience of Ad Campaigns is a plus
- CRM Management:
- Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Overlook Sales Sequences
- Create and maintain detailed reports on CRM activity and performance metrics.
- Data Enrichment:
- Enrich lead and customer data using tools like ZoomInfo and Apollo.
- Market Research:
- Research market trends and insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Provide actionable insights through detailed reports on lead generation, CRM performance, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure continuous improvement in marketing performance based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support operations or similar roles.
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, Canva, ZoomInfo, or Apollo is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create insightful reports.
- Self-starter with the ability to take full ownership of tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
