Job Description:
As a Team Lead at Think First Digital you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of dedicated digital marketing professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Assist sales team to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, understanding their goals and objectives.
- Pitch creative and data-driven digital marketing strategies to potential clients and convert them into long-term partners.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals (creative, content, social media, SEO).
- Set clear objectives and provide guidance to ensure the team's success.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and creativity.
3. Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Oversee the implementation of campaigns, ensuring they align with clients' objectives and deliver exceptional results.
4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement optimization strategies to enhance ROI and meet or exceed client expectations.
5. Day-to-Day Operations:
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of client accounts and campaigns.
- Act as a point of escalation for client inquiries or concerns, resolving issues promptly.
6. Revenue and cost management:
- Ensure the team’s revenue and costs are maintained for profitability of the team
- Create plan for the team’s revenue and costs and execute accordingly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in digital marketing with at least 5 years of experience (SEO/SEM, SMO/SMM, Creative Services, Content Marketing, Website/Microsite Creation, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of 360 degree digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
