Job Description:
- Manage global CB processes independently to support and align with the business needs and strategy.
- Independently manage and drive global compensation processes like annual pay planning, variable pay and incentive administration, equity processes employee insurance renewals.
- Manage the implementation of CB policies procedures, taking account of cost financial implications
- Should possess strong experience w.r.t. Compensation.
- Provide ongoing support to the business (managers, finance, legal, HR and other functions) on complex aspects of CB.
- Provide insights, observations, and recommendations based on the analysis and reports produced and participate in decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to HR and Rewards Head regarding non-standard/tailored compensation benefits packages based on research and data analysis.
- Be able to provide recommendations on more sensitive data/executive packages.
- Drafting and presenting communication materials for the field (HR, managers, finance, other functions) regarding the various aspect of CB on an ongoing basis or as a means to support the communication of CB processes and strategy
- Conduct job matching, job evaluation and annual salary revision benchmarking
- Being up to date with CB trends and market practices and apply insights to compensation benefits strategy.
- Provide insights and observations based on CB surveys and market practices analysis and recommend related CB policies.
- Manages cross-company costs analysis and forecasts, providing data and coordinating with corporate economics and management
- Monitors costs and budgets during the year for specific employee-related costs.
- Manage ad hoc projects such as restructuring activity, MAs, Rebadge transfers
- Analyse cost impacts, legal implications and practical considerations of harmonizing or making any changes to the compensation and benefits of transferring employees
- Support the presentation of recommendations to management, unions or work councils and implement any changes to the CB aspects of employees from the acquired company to the new company.
- Supervising the operation of systems and the upload/download of data
- Monitoring the interfaces with other systems and ensuring it is conducted smoothly
- Be involved in implementing new HRIT systems in the aspects that they relate to Compensation Benefits.
- Should hold strong experience in number crunching, data & analysis.
- Strong in Data analysis and Logical thinking.
