About the role
Role Title: Inside Sales Executive (Fresher)
Location: East Borivali, Mumbai
Role:
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Inside sales Executive to join our team.
Detailed Key Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain a daily connection with students who have shown interest in various
university programs, offering guidance and support throughout their decision-making
process.
● Connect/speak with up to 100 potential learners/students applying for University Online
courses.
● Follow up consistently on student inquiries, ensuring their questions are answered and
helping them navigate their educational options & enroll in the course.
● Support & contribute to the successful enrollment of students.
● Work closely with teammates to identify challenges and create effective strategies to
achieve team revenue goals.
● Accurately document all student interactions and ensure any concerns are escalated to
the proper channels.
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
● Excellent active listening and communication skills. Local/State language proficiency is
an added bonus.
● Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
● Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
