Scope of Role:
Ushta Te looking for a competent Talent Acquisition Manager to provide workforce solutions to our portfolio of clients which includes a global top 3 tech company.
Client Management:
- Understanding the client’s annual Workforce objectives.
- Responsible for meeting the overall financial targets on the account.
- Work with support teams to ensure seamless functioning.
- Ensure the elite tier of Strategic Supplier is maintained year-on-year.
- Grievance/ and escalation management.
- Maintain regular contact with the POCs.
- Attend calibration calls. Seek clarity on the roles. Provide market insights. Voice challenges and suggest alternate skill sets when required.
- Would be responsible for client agreements, SOW, RFI, and RFPs.
- Attend Quarterly Business Meetings with the client. Ensure Ushta Te ratings are maintained.
- Be the repository of all data related to the client, including dashboards, headcounts etc.
Talent Acquisition:
- Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for roles.
- Recruit candidates for Junior, Mid and Senior-level roles at leading global businesses
- Source and Screen candidates to ensure that only the best-qualified are put forward to clients.
- Write and post technical job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team Management:
- Responsible for ensuring the team has the suitable composition and capabilities to deliver. And exceed client expectations.
- Be the first point of contact for any employee queries / grievances, provide guidelines, manage the recruitment and selection process, negotiate, support HR team to roll out job offer and work closely with other departments.
- Ensure the process detailed by the client and our ISO 20000 requirements are being adhered to.
- Ensure that the performance targets highlighted in the scorecard relating to all parameters are met.
- Perform Second level screening regularly to ensure quality.
- Setting KRAs for the teams and performance monitoring.
- Being the gatekeeper for cultural fitment.
- Training new team members and upskilling existing members.
- Maintaining track of performance/ KPI/SLA and taking actions in case of deviations
