Job Description:
As Group Temporary Works Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations for temporary works. Your duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining procedures.
- Conducting site audits and inspections.
- Collaborating with teams to select suitable external consultants.
- Overseeing Temporary Works governance across all projects.
- Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Managing Temporary Works design, implementation, and monitoring.
- Leading and developing Temporary Works teams.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Representing the company in industry forums.
Requirements:
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) - Preferred
- Extensive temporary works management experience.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong risk management and construction engineering knowledge.
- Experience with large-scale, complex projects.
- Health and safety expertise in temporary works.
- Familiarity with international construction standards.
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
