Job Summary:
At Boyd Corporation we are looking for a skilled and experienced Oracle ERP (SCM) Analyst to join
our team. As an Oracle Fusion SCM Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing
BOYD’s Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP supply chain management processes using the Oracle Fusion SCM suite across various global locations. In this role, you work with and through an international team of Oracle fusion cloud IT resources and consultants and involve in analyzing business requirements, designing, developing configuring system settings, conducting system testing, launching efficient business SCM, Operations, and financial systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes, and providing ongoing support to end-users.
The ideal candidate should be having a strong background in supply chain management, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, proven communication, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of Oracle system investments. In this role, Oracle ERP SCM Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to system issues.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze supply chain management
requirements.
• Meet with decision-makers, system owners, and end users to define business SCM,
Operations, and financial requirements and goals, and identify and resolve system issues.
• Lead design sessions in improving Oracle ERP usage for the purpose of enhancing business
processes, operations, and information process flow.
• Serve as one of the systems administrators for the Oracle ERP system.
• Update/coordinate and configure Oracle Fusion SCM system settings to align with business
needs and optimize supply chain processes.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of changes and
enhancements to the Oracle ERP systems.
• Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing, to
ensure system functionality and data accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that help address business
needs from the ERP system.
• Support end-users by providing training, resolving issues, and addressing system-related
queries.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new
systems, and other post-implementation support.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to
maintain system integrity and efficiency.
• Stay up to date with Oracle Fusion SCM product updates and enhancements and assess their
impact on business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion SCM with other
enterprise systems.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation, including user guides,
process flows, and training materials.
• Provide Oracle ERP orientation and training to end users.
• Work with users to solve Oracle Helpdesk tickets.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
or a related field with 5/ 7 Years of experience in MIS
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP system.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Analyst or similar role, including hands-on
experience with Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, including procurement,
inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion SCM applications to meet business
requirements.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order
Management, Purchasing, and Logistics.
• Familiarity with data migration and integration processes within Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets,
graphs, and flow charts.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Middleware and SOA suite is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business
requirements into system configurations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with
cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
deadlines.
• Oracle Fusion SCM certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation Specialist) are a
plus.
• Experience in a discrete manufacturing environment would be an added advantage.
