The Learning & Talent Development Specialist at IIFL Finance Limited, will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our employees by designing and delivering impactful L&D interventions. This role is critical in aligning our learning strategies with our business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and equipping our employees with the necessary
competencies to excel in their current and future roles. The role will be required to leverage innovative learning solutions and methodologies to build a high-performing organization prepared to meet current and future challenges.
Job Responsibilities:
- Program Design, Execution & Management: Design, plan, and execute learning programs that address diverse employee needs, including onboarding, skills enhancement, and leadership development. Develop comprehensive learning programs tailored to specific employee segments and organizational goals. Ensure effective delivery of programs and continuously assess and improve their effectiveness and impact.
- Training Impact Measurement: Continuously assess the impact of training on employee performance and business outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement, and conduct trainings, workshops, and other large-scale interventions as per the defined frequency and calendar.
- Emerging Technologies & Future Skills: Stay updated with the latest trends in instructional design, emerging technologies, and future skills. Integrate digital learning tools and platforms to create hybrid learning journeys for employees, ensuring programs are innovative and relevant.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to align learning initiatives with business needs. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source and deliver high-quality training content.
- Talent Development: Conduct training needs analysis for various functions, including Sales, Finance, IT, HR, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, and Marketing. Utilize performance and potential assessments, including the 9-box model, to identify high-potential talent and design Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Lead the implementation of assessment centres and development centres to support talent management initiatives.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Prepare and present regular reports on learning and development activities, program effectiveness, and key metrics to senior management.
Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on behavioural training, soft skills, leadership development, and talent management
(managing IDP & MDP).
Experience in the NBFC/Financial Services sector is preferred.
Education Qualification : Graduation in humanities/business administration/psychology/technology. Post-graduation will be an added advantage.
Should possess any one certification in training facilitation/learning and development/instructional
design/Psychometric Tools.
