Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring high-quality imaging services and patient care.
- Supervise and mentor radiologic technologists, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, radiation protection protocols, and quality control measures.
- Manage the procurement, maintenance, and calibration of radiologic equipment to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic imaging.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics, including patient throughput, equipment utilization, and staff productivity.
- Handle patient concerns, inquiries, and complaints to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, including expense tracking and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health regulations and accreditation standards.
- Lead and participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Stay current with advancements in radiologic technology and industry trends, incorporating new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field; ARRT certification required.
- Proven experience in radiologic technology, with progressive responsibility and leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in radiologic software and information systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From Php28,000.00 per month
