Job Title: Accounting Head
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Head to join our team at Dempsey, Inc. (Team LARA). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements and reports.
- Manage the company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets.
- Handle the company's transactions and debts and perform cash flow forecasting.
- Perform financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze financial accounting data and make recommendations to business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy.
- CPA, an advantage.
- At least 5 years managerial experience.
- Excellent understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Knowledgeable in Financial Statement preparation and processing of business permits, licenses, and other government compliances.
Skills:
- Excellent Communications Skills both (written and verbal), Interpersonal, Listening, Time Management, Organization, Administrative, Result-Oriented, Advance Excel Proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage several tasks at once.
- Proven ability to prioritize among competing tasks and to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details.
Salary Range: 50k-65k
